How to delete your data / 如何刪除您的資料

EdgeSEO offers two ways to permanently delete your data, plus a separate step to revoke our access at Google's side.

EdgeSEO 提供兩種方式徹底刪除您的資料，並另外提供一步驟讓您在 Google 端撤銷我們的存取權限。

Option 1: In-app self-service (recommended) / 方法一：App 內自助刪除（建議）

1. Sign in to EdgeSEO at /signin using your Google account
   使用您的 Google 帳號登入 EdgeSEO（/signin）
2. Open the workspace you want to delete (or all of them, one at a time)
   開啟您想刪除的工作區（多個請逐一刪除）
3. Navigate to Workspace Settings → Delete Workspace, type DELETE to confirm
   進入「工作區設定 → 刪除工作區」，輸入 DELETE 確認
4. To remove your account entirely (across all workspaces), go to Account Settings → Close Account
   若要徹底移除帳號（涵蓋所有工作區），請至「帳號設定 → 關閉帳號」
5. Your data is queued for deletion immediately and is fully removed within 24 hours
   您的資料將立即排入刪除佇列，24 小時內完成

Option 2: Email request / 方法二：電子郵件申請

Send an email to ace@zhenheai.com with:

發送電子郵件至 ace@zhenheai.com，內容包含：

• Subject: Data deletion request / 主旨：「資料刪除申請」
• Body: your registered EdgeSEO email address, optional workspace name(s) / 內文：您註冊的 EdgeSEO email、（選填）工作區名稱
• Send from the same email address that owns the account (so we can verify you) / 從擁有該帳號的同一個 email 寄出（用以驗證身份）

We will acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 7 business days.

我們將於 2 個工作日內回覆，並於 7 個工作日內完成刪除。

Option 3 (recommended in addition): Revoke our access at Google / 方法三（建議併行）：在 Google 端撤銷我方存取

Even after we delete your data, you may want to revoke our app's OAuth grant at Google's side so any cached refresh token cannot be used. This is independent of EdgeSEO and is recommended as defense-in-depth.

即使我們已刪除您的資料，您仍可在 Google 端撤銷我們應用程式的 OAuth 授權，使任何快取的 refresh token 都無法再使用。此步驟獨立於 EdgeSEO，建議併行作為深度防禦。

1. Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
   開啟 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find EdgeSEO in the "Third-party apps with account access" list
   在「具備帳號存取權的第三方應用程式」清單找到 EdgeSEO
3. Click it, then click Remove Access
   點選後，選擇「移除存取權」

What gets deleted / 哪些資料會被刪除

• Your EdgeSEO account, profile, and authentication record / 您的 EdgeSEO 帳號、個人檔案與身分驗證記錄
• All workspaces you own and their settings / 您擁有的所有工作區及其設定
• All connected sites and their configurations / 所有連接的站點與設定
• Your encrypted Google OAuth tokens (refresh + access) / 您加密儲存的 Google OAuth 令牌（refresh + access）
• All cached Google Search Console and Google Analytics query results / 所有快取的 Google Search Console 與 Google Analytics 查詢結果
• All AI-generated SEO recommendations, keyword shortlists, and reports tied to your account / 所有與您帳號關聯的 AI 產生 SEO 建議、關鍵字清單與報告
• Any active subscription is canceled at the next billing date (no further charges) / 任何使用中的訂閱於下個計費日取消（不再扣款）

Data Retention for Compliance / 合規資料保留說明

Operational data is fully deleted as described above. However, Taiwan tax and business regulations require us to retain billing records, invoices, and transaction history for 7 years regardless of account deletion. This data is stored separately in append-only audit storage, encrypted at rest, and accessed only for tax filing, financial audits, or legal obligations. It contains no operational SEO data, no Google API data, and no OAuth tokens.

操作資料將如上述徹底刪除。但依中華民國稅法與商業法規，我們必須保留帳單記錄、發票與交易歷史 7 年，不因帳號刪除而免除。此資料分開儲存於僅限附加之稽核儲存，加密保存，僅用於報稅、財務稽核或法律義務。其中不含任何操作層 SEO 資料、Google API 資料或 OAuth 令牌。
